Yes! I have fooled people into thinking I'm a wine expert

It was at a Marco Pierre White restaurant... but how did I guess the grape and the region so exactly?

I'll never tell. :-) Ha ha.

But in all seriousness, I worked in hospitality for many years across restaurants and bars in 4 different countries, from silver services to garden pubs and I know the skill and passion required.

The Summer Job will always be a love letter to hospitality in Scotland.
