Why is it important to have a purpose in life?

I will start with an example. Say, everyday you wake up at 7.0 am in the morning. But let say, you are planning to go on a vacation, and you have an early flight to catch at 6.0 am. You wake up at-least 2-3 hours early to catch the flight and that too without any efforts.

Have you observed how it happens?

When you have a reason or a purpose, your body and mind supports you to do that thing. If you don’t have a reason or purpose in your life, you have a laid back attitude towards everything...
