Let's Go Back To The Good Parts

We live in a hyper-romanticized era. We view the opposite sex through strictly romantic lenses instead of viewing everyone primarily as a person. Hyper-romantic, hyper-sexual, hyper-idealistic. It corrodes us. It is corroding us.

A woman meets a man and thinks about romance; a man meets a woman and thinks about pleasure; we have lost our connection to the one truth binding us all together: that every woman was created with the help of a man (her father) and that every man was brought into this world by a woman (the one who birthed him). We are a species called human and we all come from one another.

Companies rely on romance to sell us their products; companies rely on complex sexual stimuli to sell us their merchandise; we have been mentally conditioned to see one another through the lens that produces more benefits filling the pockets of  CEOs in this system we inhabit.
Close your eyes now and ask: without all of that, what do we really see each other as? We see each other as a compatible species fashioned for dwelling together harmoniously in such a way that ushers in peace and prosperity. It is our natural inner instinct to seek peace, it is our natural inner desire to work towards prosperity.

Prosperity for whom? For our own family units and our own communities. Harmony for whom? For our own relationships and our own dwelling places. This is natural to us. Because this is what is naturally echoed throughout the glalaxies in our universe. It is the way of the cosmos. The way of planets and stars.

It is unnatural for us to scrutinize one another through lenses of romance and sex. To a certain degree; yes, these are natural tendencies. But these natural tendencies have become our entire basis of measurement and therein lies our presentday catastrophe.

Without man, woman would not be. Without woman, man would not be. In our raw nature, we do not struggle against one another, we do not strangle one another, we do not see each other as tools. We see each other as arms and hearts and minds. This is who we really are.

I want us to take back from the companies and from the ruling systems what is rightfully and basically our own. I want us to take back our instincts for connecting with one another at the levels required for peace, harmony and prosperity to reign anew. May man and woman together stand both free and connected; at peace and in harmony.
