I too loved your book. I understand your reasoning for no sequel, but was a bit saddened. And too, I feared for safety of the mother. Having said this, I will anxiously await your next book.
I loved your book so much and just came here scouring for the answer to this question! As much as I would LOVE to read a sequel, I think it makes it that much creepier by keeping it a standalone book. I read this book a few months ago and still can't stop thinking about it. FANTASTIC work, and I look forward to reading more books by you in the future!
