How I made it through medical school is a mystery. Once when I was on my Ob/Gyn rotation, I was so sleep deprived I fell asleep in an empty patient room and woke up the next morning as my team was rounding on the patient next door. I heard the attending say, "Aren't we one med student short this morning?"
I also have no recollection of buying my wife's wedding band. I was a poor premed student at the time. While I'm not admitting to stealing it, I have no idea how it ended up in my pocket during my wedding ceremony. It's a mystery.

Not so much a question as a comment...then my question... I'm on Ch 5, and excited for the rest of the book. My sleep quality has tanked over the last year. So much so, that I 'even' gave up alcohol for 30 days a couple months ago. Helped, but not a magic bullet. (Whew!) Also, thank you for not sucking as a narrator :) Many authors can't get away with that! Did you enjoy the process of narrating your book?
