Answering this question, to me, feel's like a Powerball winner answering the question, "What's your advice for aspiring lottery winners?" I'm embarrassed that I really don't have an answer that passes the profoundness test. I do agree that writing frequently helps as well as getting your writing in front of others. Don't be afraid to give bits and pieces away.
