What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Eldonna Edwards Within a year after donating a kidney I lost 35 pounds. They just fell off for no apparent reason other than what I like to call Instant Karma. Six years later a few of them have found their way back home. Where do pounds go when they leave your body? Do they miss us? Are they plotting a sneak attack, maybe hiding out at the donut shop just waiting for me to stop by so they can reattach to my thighs? Someone should write a story about a community of fat cells and their devious conspiracy to take over the world, one creme-filled Bismark at a time. :)
