Oooh. Good question. My father was a graduate of the FBI Academy and worked as a state investigator for the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation). He had a case once that I've often said I would turn into either a short story or, perhaps, a novel. I'd need to "build" on it a little first ... but I think it would be interesting. Basically, it's about what happens when someone overhears something on the phone that they shouldn't have heard ... :) (I'll leave it at that.)
