First, you and I both seem to have loved Adam Johnson's writing in Emporium (Cassini Satellite affected me deeply...my wife now has her third cancer) and I was absolutely overwhelmed by Trauma Plate. Rae, I saw you'll be in Madison tomorrow! I live about 90 minutes from there and am trying to work it out so I can come, but still have to rearrange some things and figure out childcare. I'm crossing my finger though because it would be so great to see you read from your beautiful novel! Will you be around after the reading to sign books?
