I see that you have a background in robotics, what first sparked your interest in writing?

Daniel H. Wilson I have always loved science fiction, and I was a voracious reader as a kid (to the extreme annoyance of my parents and everyone around me). I also loved programming, and thought of it as a way to express myself. So when I was deciding what to study in college, I figured that making science fiction into reality would be my best bet. Later, I realized I'm a pretty good writer and that it was a viable career. So writing came to replace programming as the way I get things from inside my head out into the world...

I had picked uo Robopocalypse when i was jusy getting into reading. I knew i wanted to read scifi and the description online looked good, but I had no idea it would be that good. Just tell me there will be a third book. Read Robogenesis so quick the last pages left me losing my mind.I really love these two books.
