At a random mention, I found a cheap 3-season set of an old anime called Slayers, which is very much early-90s. D&D style comedy-drama, clearly aimed at younger watchers. It's not doing much for me so far, but it's something mindless to look at for a while when my left eye stops cooperating for reading.
I don't actually want to find another gripping one just now, as I have some other things to do for a bit. 24/7 and limited brainspace issue. A person must triage.

"Hallowed Hunt" is rapidly becoming one of my favorite books; I've read, and reread it about three times in the last six weeks. You are so deft in the way you unfold a story about character from "left field" becoming the tool for restoring order to a system that became unbalanced through a misguided use of power. Since a question is required, did "Hallowed Hunt" draw some inspiration from shamanistic practices?

I’ve always wondered if the choice to name Jackson’s Whole, site of so much depravity, a name so similar to Jackson Hole stemmed from some kind of personal experience in the town in Wyoming. Can you share the reason behind that choice? Thanks for considering the question!
