Deepening my exploration and research work on my 2nd book – Culture Transformation. In my first book ‘Into Great Depth of Your Being’ I explored Individual Transformation at the ‘Inner Being’ level. Now I am interested in the collective.
The collective too has a surface part and a depth part, just like the individual human has a surface self and a deeper self.
How does an individual sense the deeper aspects of a collective – family, organization, society or country? The deeper can be certain core self-existent qualities, ideals and vision that are present in the collective.
The second exploration is how does an individual establish connect from their own deeper self to the collective’s depth, thus forwarding mutual evolution and progress.
Very exciting explorations through coaching and workshops are underway. This is the second book emerging.
