Hi, Elle! I discovered 'The Deal' and Off campus series a few months ago and didn't know I could enjoy New Adult books SO much. I was re-reading The score and I've a question, Why did Garrett punched Dean? Hannah said Garrett would never ever hurt someone he loves and I believe that. Garett doesn't like being violent, giving Dean a shiner seems very OOC, imo. Can't wait for your next work.

Elle Kennedy The Garrett-punches-Dean scene isn't about Garrett purposely hurting someone he loves. Unfortunately, Dean was out of control, high on drugs, and picking a fight. Even the most calm-tempered people can have a breaking point, and Garrett's was found. Thanks for reading! :)
