Hi elle! did you initially plan sabrina and dean to be together and if so what made you change your mind? Also, so many authors including you have written the virgin heroine and "manwhore" hero trope. I honestly dont understand the hype behind it and why its so popular? why can't the hero be a virgin for once?

Hello! I actually did intend for Dean and Sabrina to be together, but when I started writing their book, something wasn't clicking for me. They were just too toxic together, and I wasn't having fun writing it. So I thought about who would be a more fun foil for Dean, and I realized he belonged with Allie!
With the exception of The Mistake, I generally don’t write books where anyone is a virgin because most of my characters are of an age where it’s almost considered awkward for them to still be virgins. With that being said though, there are many authors who do write with a male virgin hero – You can always check out Sacked by Jen Frederick for a good example.
