How did you learn so much about libraries? I worked in a public library for 14 years and the library in DEATH OVERDUE seems very authentic. P.S. Your website photo shows you with an orange tabby. That makes you a great person IMHO since several wonderful orange kitties have "owned" us over the years.

Thank you for telling me that my library setting is very authentic. I have always spent a good deal of time in libraries, either doing research or taking part in my library's activities. I'm friendly with many librarians, and ask questions when I need information.
Sammy is my second orange tabby. IMHO they're special.

This is going to sound really REALLY strange. But growing up I used to watch the Ed Sullivan show on tv. Once in a while a NYC school teacher named Sam Lenvinson came on. He told the best stories and jokes. Are you related to him by any chance? I even own one or two of his books.
