Hi! I just finished Jack The True Story of Jack and The Beanstalk, and I was wondering why you put the characters from Rump in Jack?

Hi Maddie! Thanks for reading. I did not intend to put any characters from RUMP in JACK, at least not at first, but as I started writing I noticed certain connections between the stories, namely the giant in Jack and Beanstalk and the king in Rumpelstiltskin and how they were both so preoccupied with gold. I thought, What if they were the same person? I felt fireworks go off in my brain. It felt crazy, but just right at the same time.

Hello Liesl! I was lucky enough to get an ARC of Red, and WOW was I blown away! I liked Rump; we read it with our girls reading group who also really enjoyed it. Only, Red was just so amazing. She jumped straight off of the pages into my heart! Who are you planning to write about next? And, I selfishly demand to know, will you be featuring Red in any more books in the future?
