Hello, John, I just finished The Good Samaritan and it was absolutely BRILLIANT!!! I'm already searching the public library for your other novels, but meanwhile: Have you been thinking at all about possibly writing a sequel?! I would like to see Laura brought to justice after all, and Effie seems to have a lot of potential ;-)

Thanks Margaret and apologies for the late reply. No, there are no plans for a sequel. Each book is so time consuming to write and takes so many re-reads and proofs that by the time it is over, I have no desire to ever revisit these characters again. I like to write stand alone books, but you never know, I might change my mind!

John, I discovered your work a few months ago and have read "The One," "The Passengers" and "What Lies Between Us." I've loved them all but WLBU... WOW! I finished it last week and I'm still thinking about Maggie, Nina, and Dylan. Curious, are we to believe Nina's recollection from her dream about walking in on her father talking to his mistress as the truth? If it is the truth, is Nina just a sociopath?
