Just keep writing and know that not everything you write is going to be worth sharing with the world. I have probably close to a dozen novels I've written that will never see the light of day and that is okay because it allowed me to hone my craft. Also, don't be afraid of feedback and constructive criticism. That was a big hurdle for me and I'm still working on it every day.
