Harper Bliss:
(1) If Margot hadn't felt so guilty about breaking up with Claire (maybe Claire held together until Margot left her apartment) would she have entered into a relationship with Inez? Could it have worked out or was the spark truly gone forever? (2) If Inez hadn't left the second time, would her presence continue to mess with Margot's feelings? (3) Who is the fantasy casting for Inez? Thanks for doing those btw!

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Not an easy one to answer, to be completely honest. I've written so many books since the first 3 seasons of French Kissing and being a massive pantser, I can't clearly remember all my (many) characters' motivations. But I'll have a go... ;-)
1) I've always seen Margot as someone with very strong morals (stronger than most) so the break-up did contribute.... and helped me make the decision for Margot to give in to Inez. The circumstances definitely played a part!
2) Yes, that's why she had to go.
3) I looked through my notes and don't think I ever fantasy-cast Inez (as her character was too minor -- although her presence did have big consequences!)
I hope this was useful!
Best,
Harper

Hi Harper! Just wanted to say that I just finished reading Seasons Of Love and Summer's End. I found Alice to be extremely well written character. Those inner thought, monologues, I found them to be very realistic and coming with certain age, I think. Your novels are definitely one of the best May-December relationships I've ever read! Will there be more? :) Dannie

Harper Bliss:
harper you are a really good writer. usually i do not really like the erotica, but yours has a genuine flow to it and is literary. you DO have a literary touch to your scenery and characters that gives them like an independent aura. here is the question part. i do not expect an answer, but your machine will not let me comment. so, is harper bliss your real name?
