Kyle Robert Shultz Sorry it's taken me so long to get to this question! Actually, the Beaumont connection was a happy accident. I first came up with "Beaumont" while playing around with the phrase "Beauty and the Beast" on paper to brainstorm a title for a fairytale fantasy series. I liked the way "Beaumont and Beasley" echoed the title of the original story, so I went with it. I didn't really think about the link to the original author until much later. It turned out to be very convenient. :D
