I'm so glad you liked it, thanks very much for reading it, i appreciate it.
I wanted to write a story where people move from a busy town to a quiet place in the woods. I Live near Watford, UK, and love weekend breaks to quiet, secluded places in the country.
I thought about characters, upping and leaving to live in their dream home, but when they arrive, all is not as amazing as it seems.
I also wanted to write about creepy neighbours, and them finding something in the house which didn't seem right to them.
I hope that tells a little about what motivated me.
