Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nenia Campbell There aren't a lot of new adult paranormal romances. With Black Beast I wanted to write a strong female protagonist who was close with her family and a bit of a black sheep. She's a tough girl but she's also vulnerable, and she has a bit of a reckless streak. :)

I've read broken by kelly elliott As a romance, Are there books that have the same "feel" you could recommend? By feel, I mean, the main guy isn't an outright billionaire or masochist, or playboy. Just a good romance with semi realistic mains. Cowboys, for example, were right up my ally, if you will. Any suggestions appreciated :)
