Hi Elly! What's the estimated release date for the novellas? You've said that they're going to be digital, but will there also be a physical book that contains both novellas?

Elly Blake I'm so sorry it took me forever to reply to this. Unfortunately, the plans for the novellas have changed. (One reason was that I took a lot longer to write Fireblood and Nightblood than intended, so I kind of ran out of time.) I would still like to write at least one novella to expand on a particular fiery character's future (I hope you can guess who), but I'm not sure when that might happen. Sorry to keep you waiting! I wish I had something to share. Thank you for asking!

Hi Elly! My question is about Kai, when you first came up with him did you envision him as a second love interest for Ruby? As I read the book, i never felt like he was a love interest, i saw him as a friend who is a fireblood. Perhaps that is why Ruby felt attracted to him. Still though, I'm Team Arcus! ;)

I'm an aspiring writer, but I'm dealing with two things: I get discouraged every single day because 96% of manuscripts are rejected, and I haven't had an idea for years, literally. There's too many people wanting to be writers, and knowing there's so much competition just kills me a little every day. When I get motivated, immediatly something appears about the industry that kills it. Any tips on how to deal with this?
