Hank Quense I am indeed about to publish a new book, Anne. It’s non-fiction this time and it’s called How to Self-publish and Market a Book. It will be available on September 15, but it can be pre-ordered now at a reduced price. It’s available on Amazon, B&N and all the other popular book seller websites.

I’ve self-published a number of books and, for some time now, I’ve pondered how to integrate the publishing and the marketing into a single project. I think it’s a mistake to first publish the book and then start the marketing. That is how almost all the available books treat the two topics. There are books on publishing and there are books on marketing. This implies the two process are separate and distinct but they really aren’t separate. Publishing and marketing have to be done in parallel. That’s where my new book is different: it treats the two process as a single integrated project.
