You aren't really going the Moibius mage route and have Erick stuck in a time loop ending up with his own self sacrifice are you? That was my single greatest fear when Firebrand first started talking and immediately recognized Erick but I thought there was no way you would do that to Erick, Mr. free will or death, Erick right?

Garon Whited See, now, here's the trouble with answering this question. If I say yes, that's exactly what's going to happen, it ruins the surprise. If I say no, then the tension of the possibility is shot. Either way, some of the enjoyment of the story goes out the window.
I wouldn't do that to you. You'll just have to see how it turns out, same as Eric!

In your opinion could Eric be a good monarch he stopped trying to pawn it off on others? Another thing that’s been bothering me since the end of book one was the revelation that Travis had died waiting on Eric. Which just crushed my soul in that moment. Sure we only knew him for a short period of time but it was an important time all the same. So will Eric ever fulfil his promise and turn Travis in the future?

Somehow the years have got me hooked, as I still do it and play. Between reading wonderful series such as the Nightlord, I've beta tested The Realm, Asherson's Call, World of Warcraft, Anarchy Online, Everquest, and so many others.
