Will the individual books for Death Rites, Organ Grind, Shallow Grave, Knight Shift, and Death Match ever be available for purchase again on the Kindle Store?

That's my intention. It's technically in the hands of the publisher and up to them if they want to sell them individually, but I'd like for them to be re-released individually, especially now that they've gotten a facelift.
