After reading Sandcastle Girls, I'm wondering about your reaction to the Senate's recognition of the Armenian genocide? If you prefer not to comment, understood.

Chris Bohjalian Oh, I was thrilled. I have worked hard for this recognition for years, and written extensively about the Armenian Genocide in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Boston Globe, Newsweek, the Fresno Bee, and USA Today. I am a grandson of two survivors, so this is an extremely important issue to me.
