Penny Pettitt
Penny Pettitt asked Blake Crouch:

I've always loved sci-books and books that make you think and you seem to have an unending supply of ideas. As a teenager (many moons ago) I managed to read and actually have still got all of Robert Heinlein's books and think you as equally talented. How long does the process take from start to finish on one of your books?

Blake Crouch Thank you! From inception to publication typically takes about 18 - 24 months.
