How do you get inspired to write?

Ren French My father is the most amazing storyteller. I found that the older I got, I wanted to hear everything he had to say, before he is no longer with me. Ten years ago I started writing old-time radio plays because those are his favorite. I wanted him to enjoy the stories while sitting in the audience. After many years, I decided to take all that I had learned and combine my skills into a book of my own fashion using my skills as a playwright and my version of a book format.
