How did you become a Red Seal Certified Chef?

Raimo Strangis Thank you for your interest. I was hoping for questions about my novels or writing, but I don't mind answering questions about my second passion. In Canada, there are two ways you can get your Red Seal Certification. One way is through an apprenticeship program after your college degree or alternatively, through the journeyman program where you must accumulate a certain amount of hours and techniques under a Certified Chef.
