When is the next Linesman book coming? Book 4 or bust. And my personal opinion is to leave the romance mostly unspoken, as done in books 1-3.

Not for a while. Book 4 (i.e. Ean's book four) is still just an idea at the moment. We have other books in the Linesman universe that are likely to come first. However, at present, we are writing an entirely different book.
