Hi! Do you have any advice for plowing through a first draft when you’re bogged down? (I love The Forbidden Library series, by the way; it’s one of my all-time favorites.)

Django Wexler Everybody has their own way of getting through this! For me, what works is doing an outline so I know where I'm going, and then working to a quota of X words per day. That way as long as I make it each day, even if X is fairly low, I'm getting SOMEWHERE.

Hi there Django. I was wondering if you had any film recommendations thematically similar to your Shadow Campaign books? I've been thinking of some of the colonial films like The Patriot, Last of the Mohicans or Glory, and some of the older stuff like The Charge of the Light Brigade, Waterloo, Lawrence of Arabia or Zulu. Anything more obscure that inspired you? Keep up the good work!
