I really loved Maybe You Should Talk to Someone and how you showed what it's like to be in therapy (and to be human) through your own experience and your patients' stories. I'm wondering if you can recommend other books that do a similar job? I find your book really unique and quite think of others that approach life and humanness in the same way.

Absolutely loved your book! One of the best I have ever read. In the beginning I was not comfortable with going to therapy but decided that I needed to and it has helped a lot. The hard part is saying what I feel out loud to her because I struggle with understanding my own feelings and do not know how to describe them. I usually just sit there unsure what to say. Does this get easier? Is there a way to overcome this?
