Just write, don't worry about editing, formatting, none of that. Just write, and continue to write, only focusing on writing. Then once you are done with that, then go through and work on the editing and formatting and all that. You just want to get the base ideas down first, if you focus on editing while you write. For me, that's where I get tripped up and lose focus.
