Ooooh! What a great question! There were several parts that I really enjoyed writing (I didn't enjoy editing at all. Let's never speak of it again). Overall, I loved writing Part 2 more than Part 1 because it gave me the opportunity to explore a new world. The Gathering of the Monarchs of the Lower Kingdoms scene (the curtain rods! the raunchy dragon queen! the terrible poetry!), and the scene with the interior designers (squirrel candelabra) were my favorite bits to write. I also enjoyed writing the scene when Sasha lands on Lorn's rug. What's odd (and rather nice) is there are scenes that I found excruciatingly difficult to write, but now enjoy reading, like Lorn and Sasha's first meeting, or the mail truck scene, or the fight scene between Lorn and the Radish King. Will the audiobook for Otherworld release at the same time as the regular book? I’m absolutely obsessed with Between but I almost exclusively listen to audiobooks these days. I never have time to sit and read and if I did I fear I’d just fall asleep. Plus the narration adds so much to the experience. This audiobook was the best book I’ve listened to in I can’t remember how long. It’s definitely in my top 3 of all time
