I cannot tell you how much I love Riyria! (Chronicles and Revelations). I discovered them -Aug 2018 - I read them in publishing order. I just finished them again this Oct and am into the Chronicles for the 2nd time today. It is just enough time between that I remember enough to stay with it and still be surprised and overwhelmed.Your books have so much emotion in them! I waver from Royce to Hadrian but go with H?

Hey Karen, thanks so much for taking the time to let me know that you have enjoyed the stories. Writing is a reward in its own right, but hearing that people love them takes a good thing and makes it even better. Re-reading is always something I like to see because there are so many Easter eggs that are uncovered because scenes (and characters) take on a new perspective once everything is, well, revealed!
I'm working on the last book in my new series (Esrahaddon), and when that is completed, I'll start work on a new Chronicle (Drumindor). I don't have a release date for it yet, but once I do, I'll let you know!

I know I have asked this before but cannot find it - I just saw Age of Empyre is available to pre-order on Audible.com - does it in any way diminish your chance at hitting best-seller lists if I pre order it? Is it better to wait until first week of release? Sorry for repeat question but I have memory issues yet a zeal to proselytize your sales :)

Hey! Your series has many layers to it and you often mention that one of the reasons why you write the series as a whole before publishing is to get them all in order. But how do you actually incorporate these layers into your writing? Do you just go with an idea them add the needed scenes as you go or did you have some plan/list of what should lead to what somewhere to keep them all straight as you wrote?
