Django Wexler It's not literally an aircraft carrier (there doesn't seem to be a flight deck, and the top is covered in towers and protrusions) but it's certainly big enough! It's actually larger than any real-life aircraft carrier (or oil tanker, which are the biggest ships afloat) -- there's no precise size in the books but it has to be at least a couple of kilometers long.
