I write through it. Writer's block is only real if we stop writing. You may not always have the greatest thoughts or be in the middle of a sentence or paragraph or chapter that will go down in history as the greatest prose ever written, but as long as you are thinking and writing about those thoughts, there's no such thing as writer's block.
