It's inevitable that if you love a series there's always a couple that as soon as they're on page all you think is "I'm so here for this". For some folks it might be Mac and Violet or Marcus and Thomas. My favorite "couple" is Marcus and Tyler! Whether they're on the page together or one is mentioned to the other, I just go bonkers for those moments! Did you plan for their funny dynamic to turn into what it is?
Joey W. Hill
Bianca, thank you for your question and reaction to Marcus and Tyler's unusual "friendship." (Snort - like either of them would call it that!) No, there was no plan for that. While side characters might have a planned role (meaning their specific reason for being there gradually makes itself known as the storyline unfolds), there's a much more organic evolution in them figuring out their fit as part of the group/community of characters, and in their relationships to each of them. So I get to be the delighted first front row audience as they work that out. I'm so glad you've enjoyed that process with Tyler and Marcus. Let me know if you have any further questions about them, or anything else!

I've only just stumbled across your books last week and have been tearing through your 'Nature of Desire' series ever since. I've just finished reading 'Mirror of my Soul' and Tyler and Marguerite's story was one of the best I've read in the genre so far. Though I greatly enjoyed the books, I was wondering what compelled you to break the story in two, and at that heartbreaking scene at the end of 'Ice Queen' at that?

Hey! I discovered your Mistresses of the boardroom series from a group post on facebook and I love them! I was wondering if Cyn and Vera will get their own book in the future? As well do you have any books with a mff pairing? Hope you are well. Thank you for the amazing books!

Dear Joey, I love your books with a fierce passion. You speak directly into a person's heart and my heart opens dearly to your talent. Because I get so invested in each and every one of your stories I wonder if you have a personal favourite book/dynamic/couple that you've written?
