I have never really suffered from this. I typically force myself to continue writing. My view is that if I write 3-4 pages of text that is not very good, I will still be able to return to it and (after editing) possibly extract 1-2 decent pages of work (which is better than having written nothing).
Sometimes if I am bogged down in difficult scenes, I jump ahead to write a scene that I have been looking forward to.

Hey Daniel, hope all is well! Wondering if you have any news or updates for a release date or cover reveal on book 3? I'm also wondering if you have any ARCs or review copies available for Aiduels Sin and eventually bk 3? I LOVED Illborn so far and would love the opportunity to read and review them.
