Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Heather Grace Stewart I was working out with my Wii, and the instructor's mouth was out of synch with the words I was hearing. He said, "You seem a bit shaky," but he seemed a little annoying. I suddenly had this image of him actually being in my living room and me punching him out. The idea developed from there into: what if he were magic, and had the ability to grant me wishes?

How is it that Remarkably Great (#2) has a publication date that is a year earlier than Strangely, Incredibly Good (#1)? I mean, I've heard of new series beginning as a prequel like in Star Wars, but how does #2 in the same series come out before #1?
