I am responding to the implied criticism that your books are geared for young readers. I'm no spring chicken and find your books delightful. (Is delightful now unsophisticated?) So, please keep writing as you do-you are a breath of fresh air in this modern need to sleaze-up everything. You do not insult my intelligence as many cozy writers do and you do not make me cringe with gore. I'm a huge (delighted) fan!

I'm sorry I didn't notice your question before. Thanks for the lovely feedback. I think the only reason the books to be for teens is because of the narrator. Some people can't see past the idea of having a teenager as a main character but the books are written primarily for adults.

I'm half way through the fourth Lord Edgington novel and it should be out in November. I hope you really enjoy it!

No question, but I agree with Janet the Lord Edgington series is wonderful. It's a breath of fresh air, coming from the perspective of a teenager, and I enjoy the dog being included. I find things, places, and terms in the books unfamiliar to me as they are British by nature, and they become points of discussion for me and my boyfriend, who is originally from London. Thanks!!!?
