Hi Michael! Any plans to bring back Professor Joe and sidekick Ruiz? I feel very attached to these characters

Michael Robotham There is a UK TV series in pre-production for Joe and Ruiz. If that were to go ahead, I might bring them back for an encore book or two. It's difficult because one of my abiding rules has been to never write the same book twice. I don't want to cover old ground or have readers say, 'Yeah, that was good, but it was a bit like the others.' I don't want to be safe. I want to be dynamic.

Hi Michael, I've got to ask you, do you ever get tired of answering the question of 'when will joe and vincent' return? I mean I'm always hoping the same thing too (and I really enjoy Cyrus and Evie as well) but is there a small part of you that feels as if you've been type casted to this series?

I just devoured Good Girl, Bad Girl and When She was Good in the space of a week. I adored the character of Evie, she was so well written and relatable, as a teenage girl. Are there any more books with her character to come in the future?
