Although it's not technically a series, I do love those characters and I do plan to write more. Red on the River will include one of the women from her group. I can't really say more at the moment as I've not started writing the book yet.

I just finished reading Dark Crime and Dark Carousel for the second time. Absolutely love this series, I can re read each book a million times and I always find something new to love about them. I am wondering if Emeline will find her life mate ? I am so wanting to see the triplets meet their life mates. I am hoping Tomas is Emeline's life mate I guess a girl can dream.

(Not sure if these have already been asked). The Carpathains who lived in the monastery often mention that they did not swear allegiance to Mikhail after what happened with his father Vlad. Can we assume this is a reference to Dracula (some historical accounts mention an elder son named Mikhail)? Will we ever hear a story of how Vlad earned the Carpathians' distrust, or do we assume he went vampire a la Bram Stoker?
