hello! ive always wanted to ask you, whenever i sit down to write, i am quite heavily influenced by the book that i recently read. so have you ever felt that mam? if u did could you help us small wattpad writers overcome that?

Elle Kennedy Pre-plotting your book before writing could help with that – get an idea of what you want from a story, and how to achieve it. I also know a lot of people who don’t read books in the same genre they write (or at least not while they’re in the middle of writing). I don’t read many romances, to be honest, for that reason (also, I prefer thrillers that eff with my mind! Lol).
