First of all, congratulations- this is a wonderful profession and I want you to have my job. My advice is simple: read. From there, keep your own counsel and put your ideas on the page. If you stay at it everyday, those ideas take root and become a story. Characters emerge. Your confidence builds- and you stay at it- one sentence at a time until you know you've reached the end. There's a world of hungry readers out there waiting for your story.
