I usually toss in Ben Aaronovitch and Megan Whalen Turner when asked this, for recent writers, though really neither are that recent anymore. If you look at the top of this page for my "My Books", there are reviews of quite a lot of things I've read since taking up Goodreads, some recced, some not. I don't review everything I read, and I don't review anything I don't finish or don't like (much the same, these days) and I usually only cover the first of a series.
I presume you've found my other two series, the Vorkosigan Saga and The Sharing Knife tetralogy?

Was Komarr recorded in multiple sessions for Audible? I listened to a lot of it w ear buds; I could discern different record levels within the same passage. It would sound like a bad "edited for content" television viewing of an R rated movie, where the swear words have a completely different sound within a sentence. :(

I have just finished "The Knife Children" and enjoyed it immensely but had hoped for an update on Dag and Fawn (and the whole Clearwater crew). Any chance of a further work with them as a focus? I would think there's lots of room to expand on the state of the new shields and their uptake, not to mention second generation doings. This whole series is one of my go to comfort reads for too many reasons to name.
