I just started reading the Trials of Apollo. You write Apollo from a very musically literate perspective. Do you play any musical instruments yourself, either now or previously? If you played multiple instruments, which one was your favorite?

I play guitar, not particularly well, but I did start my college career as a music major at North Texas State University before realizing I was better at writing prose than I was at music. Nevertheless, I've taken music theory, some keyboard, percussion, etc. so I have some grounding in music. Apollo would probably scoff at my amateurish knowledge, though.

I know that the Kane Chronicles film with Netflix got cancelled *sad face*, but would you ever consider revisiting them as movies or a TV show in the future with another company? Especially now that PJO has done so well with Disney? Also, thank you for your amazing books - I'm an English major (like you!) and I would never have found my love for reading or writing if it weren't for you and Percy.
