What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Leigh Russell The best thing about being a writer, for me, is that I'm never bored. There is always some problem to work out, some character trait or plot twist to devise to ensure the narrative works. I'm lucky to earn my living writing fiction, but however rewarding it is to be published, the real thrill is the writing.
