Do Amy, Roger, Taylor, Henry, Emily, Sloane, Frank etc all exist in the same world? Would they ever get cameos in another book?

Yep! There's tons of tiny crossovers. You get an A&R cameo in SCS, and another mention of them in SYBG. A TV show from SCS comes back into play in SYBG and a band from A&R as well. As for more cameos...you'll have to see! (but, yeah, probably) :)
